Hayden the technician was very thorough, he inspected heat pump, and tested the fan motor and blower motor capacitor, all seem to be up to par. dante gangl55 days agoHayden is fantastic to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the experience that he provided. He was through and very informative and treated us with absolute care. He understood the assignment is a better way to put it! 12/10 send this guy again. Edit: Just wanted to say that our AC did need repair and Hayden followed through and not only fixed the AC to become very quiet (after being very loud outside) he also went above and beyond to try and help save us money by confirming we had our manufacturer warranty still applicable. eric ross56 days agoRon can out as expected and spent some time testing the unit however sent me a quote for 3000 to repair but never checked my Freon level. I had someone else come out for a second opinion and we were 1.5 pounds low. They filled unit for 150 and is now cooling. I don’t believe the amount of time and money I have spent with Lincoln air has been worth all the suffering we have been through. Update from previous review. Bob the owner reached out quickly to find out what the issue was and came up with a resolution to assist us. We appreciate the quick response and dedication from bob. halle miller56 days agoWe’ve had an annual contract with Lincoln Air for a couple of years and are 100% satisfied. The technician that came out today, Justin was awesome. Clearly highly knowledgeable and qualified. He arrived within the promised window. He was respectful of our residence inside and out and made sure we understood not only the work he completed under our annual contract but the additional work we requested. There was no pressure of up-selling and it was clear to us that he wanted us to feel satisfied before he left. Justin and the office at Lincoln Air are definitely our go to’s moving forward. He was very thorough and made sure he put in the right part and tested everything. He tested the duct inside the house to make sure the temperature differential was correct. Half of my home was extremely hot, so I called for assistance, and they were able to send a technician within just a few hours. The technician quickly identified the problem and resolved it efficiently. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service with integrity and expertise. I’m very thankful that I found this company and truly appreciate their help. They put the insulation in , took more pictures to show their work. It was great work, well done and we were very satisfied. This call resulted in Ron coming to assess the job and I had a quote a few later. I accepted. The crew was led by Jose. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns and I could tell he knew what he was doing. The whole process went very smoothly. In the past, we’ve had other companies complete this service through our home warranty, but this year we were able to choose our own provider—and the difference was clear. He took the time to explain my unit to me and answered all of my stupid questions with kindness. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell he was honest and not trying to give me a sales pitch. It wasn’t until he handed me his business card at the end that I knew that he shared a name with his family’s business, and that was something I was surprised by. Chris Dimitruck174 days agoRon was able to come out and asses the problem with my AC unit. Once repaired, he remained to ensure it was operating properly as it was only running on low speed to start. He wanted to make sure the unit kicked in to high speed and was working as expected. It took a little while for the outdoor unit to finally kick up to high speed, upon which all performance was as expected. Ron checked the temp splits from intake to a couple of registers along with both sides of the refrigerant lines. I would have Ron out to service anytime!Posted on Google

George Varao182 days agoI had been hearing the air conditioner motor stop and restart frequently for a few days then Sunday it was enough to really caught my attention. I contacted Lincoln Air expecting it t take a few days for them to contact me. They called me first thing Monday and within just hours the tech showed up, agreeing even though the unit was under warranty, it needed a new motor. He was very quick and knowledgeable and had the motor replaced by Monday afternoon. I am happy to have the unit up and running quickly knowing we are expecting a heat wave this week.Posted on Google

Brian Murphy218 days agoI am a superintendent in the Construction industry and Lincoln was the Mechanical vendor on the project. Later when I was working in another state my wife was home and our AC unit went out and because of the good relationship on previous project, I called and asked Lincoln to help us out and they installed a new unit and then went over and above and ran a new duct into a hot spot the house always had before. When I returned home the next week everything was taken care of and was better than before. My wife and I are appreciative. D Godfrey226 days agoAll of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. I have no doubt they will be willing to provide whatever I need in the future. BIG kudos, I highly recommend them. UPDATE 9/6/24- My air stopped cooling in the middle of the night and by 6 am it was 89 degrees in here. I called the office and after realizing how critical my particular situation is (health issues) Stephanie was able to get a tech out within an hour or so. Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. He identified the issue, performed the repair and had everything back to normal in 20 minutes. Lincoln Air is my “go to” HVAC company from now on! Thanks Justin! Well, here we are again a couple months later after having Lincoln Air out in May. And once again they have blown me away with their fantastic customer service, timely, action, and so helpful. I had another roof leak and this time it was not my AC unit since it was serviced wonderfully already by Lincoln Air. It was poor roof work on sealing the roof penetrations and vents. After checking the AC unit and finding zero problems, the tech on his own, came back and checked in the attic and confirmed that it was the roof vent leaking from rain. They've helped us with replacing our house AC unit, installed a mini spit system in our detached garage, replaced a water heater, and they are our go-to for anything plumbing and HVAC. Funny story: Our water heater just died in the middle of the night and we had 40 gals of water in the laundry room and dining room at 1am. I called their office to leave a voice mail message that we had an emergency and needed to get on their books as soon as possible. A very sleepy voice answered "Lincoln Air and Plumbing"... at 1:30 in the morning. Their tech was at the house at 7am, the water heater installed by 9am. They do our semi-anual prevetative maintenance, walk through thier report in plain language that non-HVAC and Plumbing can understand, and make recommendations and explain the "need to have" and "things to watch for". Lincoln Air and Plumbing has my loylalty because they've earned and proven their service to us. On a scale of 1-10, they're an 11.Posted on Google

I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and Lincoln A/C and Plumbing is one of those contractors I am glad I found. To give a short explanation of what we did. I completely remodeled our home and used Bob Lincoln and his team to install two Mitsubishi mini split systems with eight heads that heat and cool our entire home. The pricing was competitive, fair and the installers were on time, did great work and we’re very thorough. I would 100% recommend them to anybody out there looking for a reliable and upstanding air-conditioning company that cares about its customers. Steven Boldrey406 days agoThere were some positives and negatives with my experience with Lincoln: Hannah, the agent who booked my appointment, was amazing. She said the next available was more than a day out, but she would call around and see if anyone was available sooner. She called back and had someone out in 30 minutes. Wow! The technician knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue, a faulty capacitor, an inexpensive part that needed to be replaced. He also recommended some additional coolant, R410A. The unit was quickly back up and running. I was a little startled at the charges. The actual bill was roughly double what I would have expected.Posted on Google

Called Lincoln Air and they got out here pronto. It was an easy fix so we're back in a nice warm house. While they were here, they told us about a Membership Plan they offer for $99 that includes two tune ups per year and discounts on repairs and service calls. The company that installed the system could not figure it out after 5 visits. A second HVAC company came out twice and could not find a problem. This company showed up on time and were professional. After an hour they found an electrical problem with the installation and now the system works perfect. The cost of the repair was minimal. My family can now sleep at night since it is cooler. This company has exceptional customer service and has done an outstanding job servicing and repairing our AC system. Not only were they on time, they were also extremely conscientious in making sure the repair was done properly. They followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work and repairs. They also came on a Sunday which happened to be Mother’s Day. The service call was $79. No gouging us for a Sunday or holiday. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Jan Kasperski1213 days agoMy experience with Lincoln Air has been all good. My heat pump was not producing cold air. I had to have a new heat pump installed. Justin came out to assess the problem. He was on time, professional, courteous and was able to get someone out here within an hour to explain a new, two-stage efficiency heat pump to me. Justin and Rob were both knowledgeable and explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Justin and Andrew did the installation and always asked me if I had any questions throughout the process. Jesse came out the following morning to "sync" everything with the thermostat. He is very knowledgeable, polite, informative, easy to understand and always asking for my questions. I would highly recommend Lincoln Air.Posted on Google
Gloria DeWitt1215 days agoWhen he arrived I told him that I had a blanket on the floor to catch any water that might drip on the floor. He couldn't get the r/o system canisters open to replace the filters. Then when he got the system open he put the 3 canisters on the floor "not the blanket" because they had water dripping down. I went and got a towel to mop up the water. He went outside and when he came back in he said I'll figure it out.I asked if everything was okay and he said yes. Maybe needs more training. So if he is the 4th generation maybe the 2nd & 3rd generation need to give more training, especially when it comes to customers property. I'm sorry that I didn't take any pictures.Posted on Google

Justin and Andrew were the technicians who installed the unit and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. My home has never felt more comfortable and I owe it all to these professional and knowledgeable technicians. Jim Mathison1402 days agoWanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.Posted on Google
